Maintenance

All apartments are professionally cleaned and any repairs are completed by a maintenance professional. 

You may submit a work request through the Edison47 app or call/email the office to request the work order.

Maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours of submitting them. Emergency work requests are addressed immediately.

No, you may give the maintenance person permission to enter if you are not home.

If you are locked out during office hours, you may contact the office for access.
In the event it is after hours, you will contact your local locksmith.

Decorations are permitted as long as it does not damage any part of the apartment.
Certain alterations may require owner's approval. 

Amenities

Ruth Court Apartments has controlled access, additional storage, onsite maintenance/management, a bike racks storage room, a rooftop deck with a BBQ
and fire pit (seasonal), courtyard garden seating area, and an electric car charging station. Please visit the Amenities Page to learn more.

Yes, parking spaces are $195/month - space is limited. EV charging is available for $225/month. 

Each apartment has its very own in-unit washer/dryer.

Pet deposit is $200 per pet and pet rent is $40/month per pet.

No weight or breed restrictions. Read more about our pet policy

No, we don't have a pet park.

Refrigerator, stove, fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher are all standard. Learn more on our Amenities page

No furnished apartments. 

Our lease terms are 12-15 months

Packages are held in a locked package room and can be held in leasing office per resident request.

Admin

Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are accepted. Contact us to schedule a tour. 

We have onsite management Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM.

You can apply at our property website https://www.ruthcourtapts.com/ under the apply now button or a physical copy is needed - once can be acquired in the office.

We process applications within 72hrs of receiving them.

Standard deposit is $800 - $400 is paid during the application process as a holding deposit and applied at move in. 

Always review the rental criteria before applying. 

Online rental portal, personal check, money order, or cashier's check. 

You can setup your online portal account via the property website to access online payments.

Yes - Personal liability needs to be at least $300,000 and property listed as an additional interest. 

None of the utilities are included in rent.

For electric, please call Seattle City Light to setup services in your name. Water, sewer, trash, etc. will be billed via 3rd party (Conservice). These are setup internally for you upon move-in.

Yes, we have a resident referral program: Referal Bonus is currently $1000 credit off the monthly resident who referred us, after the new resident has been there for at least 90 days.

Guests who stay for more than 7 consecutive days in any one month period will need to be added to the lease and all guests are to uphold the community policies while visiting. 

We don’t accept rent payments more than 2 months at a time. Rent increases are not based on length of term

The lease break fee is equal to 2 month's rent.
